Old Western Scrounger was founded over 30 years ago by "Dangerous" Dave Cumberland, as a source for obsolete and hard-to-find ammo.
When Dave retired in 2005, Navy Arms took over the operations of OWS.
Since then it has been an on-line source for ammo, surplus and collectable firearms and other related items from Navy Arms, as well as other sources.
OWS's inventory changes constantly and the website is updated with new products daily.
