NAVY ARMS OFFERS THE BEST WARRANTY IN THE REPLICA FIELD!

Navy Arms warrants all its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of manufacture, subject to the terms and conditions of a Limited Warranty. Navy Arms will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer, except for transportation. Replacement means furnishing the customer with a new or reconditioned product equivalent to the original product. See the general Navy Arms warranty policy for details:

RETURN POLICY: Any firearm returned for any reason must have prior approval. Call (304) 262-9870 for your return RA number before returning firearms. Give a brief description of the problem to customer service. Any firearm received without a RA number will be refused. A letter containing the written description the specific problem, the owner's name, address, phone number and email address (if available) must be received with the firearm before work will begin.
RETURN PACKAGING: Requirements: SAVE THE BOX and PACKING MATERIAL. Firearms must be packaged for return exactly as they were packed when received by the dealer. Specifically:
1. Firearm must be oiled and wrapped in the plastic bag as received.
2. Firearm is then wrapped in bubble wrap or other similar packaging material as received by dealer to prevent movement in the box while in transit.
3. Firearm must be placed in original box with Styrofoam or cardboard spacers in proper place in front of barrel and in back of butt as received by dealer.
NAVY ARMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE INCURRED TO THE FIREARM IN RETURN SHIPMENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER RETURN PACKAGING.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT: Call Navy Arms Co. at (304) 262-9870 for shipping instructions and ship to address. Ship prepaid UPS, Fedex or PRIORITY MAIL, properly insured.
RETURN FOR REFUND: All firearms are inspected for blemishes and checked for proper function before shipment. Any firearm returned for refund must be unfired in the original box and received at Navy Arms in ABSOLUTELY NEW CONDITION. There is a 25% restocking fee for any firearm returned for any reason. Any blemishes found on returns will be repaired by Navy Arms and the cost deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee. GUNS THAT HAVE BEEN FIRED ARE USED GUNS! There is no refund what so ever on used guns.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE: Firearm must be unfired and in absolutely new condition and returned in the original box. Restocking fee of 25% applies.
VOID WARRANTY NOTICE: Only new commercially manufactured ammunition should be used in Navy Arms firearms. The USE OF RELOADS VOIDS ANY AND ALL WARRANTY on the CYLINDER, BARREL and FRAME. Navy Arms cannot be held liable for reloading errors. Any work done on the gun by anyone other than Navy Arms VOIDS THE WARRANTY. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ANY modification to ANY part of the gun including "Trigger jobs," "Action jobs," replacement of any factory part, "Tuning" of any part.
  • Use of any ammunition other than FACTORY LOADED AMMUNITION.
  • Negligent or abuse of the product.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Since all Navy Arms guns are inspected prior to shipment and are COMPLETE. Navy Arms will NOT provide "missing parts" on any product.

    NON WARRANTY REPAIR: Any Navy Arms product found to be a non-warranty repair is subject to a flat $45 bench fee for the first half hour's work, plus $25 for each additional half hour plus the cost of the parts. Customer must agree in writing and provide a credit card prior to work being done.
